Everything here describes services we offer. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a warranty of any particular result, or professional advice in any of the domains we work in.

Submitting a form

Submit accurate information, and only information you are entitled to share. Do not send confidential material, personal data about third parties, or anything covered by an obligation you owe someone else — the contact forms are not a secure channel and are not the place for it. If you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will set up an appropriate channel first.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without an invitation, scrape it at volume, or submit automated form traffic. If you believe you have found a security issue, we would rather hear about it — write to info [at] nablasigma [dot] com.

Our content

The NablaSigma name, the ∇Σ mark and the contents of this site belong to NablaSigma. You may quote and link to the site; you may not present our branding as your own or imply a partnership that does not exist.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the information published here. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
