Draft — not yet reviewed by counsel
What this page covers
This notice describes only the nablasigma.com website. Data handling inside a client engagement or an expert contract is governed by the agreement signed for that engagement, not by this page.
What we collect
The site has two contact forms and nothing else. When you submit one, we receive the fields you filled in — your name, email address and the details you chose to give about your company or your professional background — together with the timestamp and the IP address the request came from. The IP address is used to rate-limit submissions and is not used to build a profile.
There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. We set no cookies.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, and — if you asked to join the expert network — to match you against live projects. That is a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and you can object at any time.
Who sees it
Submissions reach the NablaSigma team and the infrastructure providers that host this site and store the records on our behalf. We do not sell contact details and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Company enquiries are retained while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Expert applications are retained while you remain in the network, or until you ask us to remove you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info [at] nablasigma [dot] com and we will action it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
This is a working draft written to describe what the site actually does. Have it reviewed by counsel before you rely on it.
